Objectives: To determine the technical level of some players by means of an overall assessment of the exercise developed by each player (Speed, resistance, precision and power in ball striking).
Development: The players one to one go out with an interval of 30 seconds doing the same in the following order:
- I throw the ball towards the cone and control it before it reaches it
- .Shot of the ball with power at half height of the goal with the aim that the ball enters the ball.
- Driving.
- Precision firing between the two cones.
- Driving.
- Balloon acceleration and pole-tight firing from outside the area after the cone has been terminated..
